New Patient:
Please allow 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment to complete your health history, and insurance information, we will take the necessary x-rays, clean your teeth, do a complete exam, and present you with options for treatment if needed.

Consultation:
If you want a second opinion we are more than happy to do so, just keep in mind that we will need to gather some vital information (health history, reasons for the consultation and maybe some x-rays) in order to better diagnose and recommend.

Recall Exam:
Know that we might have to take some x-rays on that day, we will clean your teeth, apply fluoride, do a complete exam, and present you with options for treatment, (please let us know if you want to opt out your fluoride or x-rays).

Treatment:
If you are a patient of record and have treatment pending but it has being more than 6 months since diagnosed or recommended things could have change since and new  or different treatment might be needed.     If you are not a patient of record you will be consider as a new patient.

Emergency Visit:
For dental emergencies during non business hours please call the office and follow the instructions on the recorded message.    We know things happen but don't worry we will do our best to try to get everything back to what it was or as close as possible
